HugoMojo sells digital educational products. This policy explains how access issues, duplicate purchases, and refund requests are handled.

Digital Products

Delivered Immediately

Single Pass, Master Key, and Deep Path Audit materials are digital products. Once access has been delivered, refunds are generally limited unless there is a technical delivery issue or duplicate charge.

Access Issues

We Will Fix Delivery

If you paid but cannot access your materials, email hi@hugomojo.com with the purchase email and order reference. We will help restore access or provide a replacement delivery path.

Eligible Cases

Refund Review

Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate payments, failed delivery that cannot be resolved, or accidental purchases reported promptly before materials are accessed or downloaded. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

Not Guaranteed

Outcome Dissatisfaction

Because the products are educational and results vary, refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with personal results, income outcomes, or market performance.

Deep Path Audit

Deep Path Audit

Deep Path Audit purchases provide access to the intake and the stated one-time audit scope: custom path decision, stop-loss review, 30-day plan, case references, Loom/video guidance, async Q&A, and one execution review. Cancellation or refund questions should be sent to support with the purchase email and order reference.
